Up, Up, and Away! A Journey in HOA Management

Over the past nine years, my career in the HOA management industry has been nothing short of a journey—one marked by growth, learning, and a deepening passion for customer service excellence. From small beginnings to the realization of entrepreneurship, each step has been instrumental in shaping my understanding of the HOA industry as a whole.


My career started with an entry-level role in Chicago, IL in 2015, where I immersed myself in the intricacies of community management. It was here that I discovered my passion for fostering strong client relationships and delivering service that I knew was exceptional. As I progressed through various roles and levels within different companies, I gleaned valuable insights into the multifaceted nature of HOA management— from financial intricacies to operational nuances.


After relocating to Colorado Springs with my family in 2018, a lingering realization began to crystallize: the industry was ripe for innovation. Armed with a passion for customer service and a desire to integrate with the most cutting-edge technology, I embarked on a new chapter—the inception of my own management company.


The decision to venture into entrepreneurship was not taken lightly as I was leaving a comfortable job I had worked very hard to get and starting a business always includes the risk of failure. But I knew the value a new company would bring to the Colorado market especially one with a commitment to empower communities through seamless management experiences, leveraging the latest advancements in technology.


In an era where digital transformation is reshaping traditional paradigms, I recognized the transformative potential of integrating tech-driven solutions into HOA management. From streamlined communication platforms to intuitive financial management systems, the goal was clear: to elevate the industry benchmark and exceed client expectations.


Today, as I reflect on the evolution of my career, I am grateful for the journey thus far. Each experience has been instrumental in shaping my ethos— one anchored in dedication to client-centric principles and a constant pursuit of excellence.
